Andy Grammer with Nightly
House Of Blues
September 26th, 2019
Andy Grammer brought his highly anticipated Don’t Give Up On Me Tour to the House Of Blues in Cleveland this week.
Opening the night were Nightly, an alternative pop band from Nashville, Tennessee. The crowd loved them and their high energy performance was a perfect start to the evening.
When the lights went down the audience started cheering and all of a sudden Andy Grammer appeared in the middle of the audience and started the performance with Naive off his latest album with the same title. The show was a great mix of hits but still concentrated heavily on his latest album, which was released earlier this summer.
The fans knew even the lesser-known songs by heart and were singing along loudly.
For Alyssa Smith it was an unforgettable evening when Grammer pulled her up on stage. Before Wish You Pain he likes to talk about the biggest pain he had in his life and how he overcame it. This time it was Alyssa’s turn to tell her story about living with Cystic fibrosis and how it affects her life. Truly moving.
When the show ended, everyone at the House of Blues was left wanting more and I can not wait until Andy Grammer comes back to Cleveland.
