San Fermin, an American multi-instrumentalist band from Brooklyn, NY, made a stop in Louisville recently on their current tour.  Although there are eight members in the band, they moved effortlessly about the stage and interacted well with each other.  From guitar, bass and drums, to keys, trumpet, saxaphone and the violin, San Fermin plays a number of instruments, with many of the members rotating instruments throughout the set.  They put on a high energy set, with John Brandon, who plays trumpet in the band, going down into the crowd towards the end of their set!  Allen Tate and Charlene Kaye are phenomenal singers and I could really hear their passion as they sang.  I could tell how much they all enjoyed performing and the love they had for performing with each other.  There was a lot of joy and talent on that stage!  Local Louisville band Delafaye, who was playing their first show, opened the set.
