Los Angeles natives, KidEyes, have announced that they will be released their self titled debut EP on October 4th. The indie rock band are sure to set the bar high with their release after receiving critical acclaim and comparisons to indie rock powerhouse bands like X Ambassadors and Young The Giant.
The band is currently in the middle of their Los Angeles residency at The Hi-Hat in support of the new EP and just dropped a new single, titled “Take Me Back In Time”, jut last week. “‘Take Me Back In Time’ is the result of time taking its toll on the vibrant color of a new relationship,” explains multi-instrumentalist/producer Ben Epand. “We all cherish the freshness of new love, but that honeymoon or dream phase can wain over time. ‘Take Me Back In Time’ is intended to remind us that true love will always stand the test of time.
