Emarosa release new video for “Givin’ Up” from upcoming album Peach Club

Lexington, KY band Emarosa is trading their post-hardcore sound for saxophone solos and contagious pop hooks that bear a 1980’s influence.  The band recently released the single “Givin’ Up”, the first from their upcoming album Peach Club that is due to be released on February 8th, 2019 on Hopeless Records.  The video for the song is filtered in shades of pink and blue and features a crew of Beyonce-style dancers, synth chimes, falsetto vocals and a saxophone solo reminiscent of The 1975.  They have turned the page and are introducing listeners to the next chapter of the band.

“We’re at that point where we’ve realized that there’s no consequences for making whatever record we want to make. We started writing, and it felt like the book was being thrown out the window. There are no rules,” shares Walden. “Givin’ Up” makes it perfectly clear where Emarosa is headed. With Peach Club , they’ll head down the path Pale Waves , Fickle Friends and Betty Who have traveled, channeling the influence of Paula Abdul , Prince and Michael Jackson to create a new and modern sound from their lasting 1980s legacies.

Emarosa is currently touring North America with select dates supporting Hands Like House’s Fall 2018 Tour.  Check out their upcoming tour dates below and purchase tickets through their website linked below!  You can also follow the band and stream and purchase their music via the following links- Website | Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Spotify | SoundCloud | iTunes/Apple Music.  You can pre-order the new album HERE.
