Los Angeles DIY dream pop group BETWEEN FRIENDS recently released their latest single “Affection”, a self-directed visual love letter to the ambiance and atmosphere of Los Angeles. The song premiered on Highsnobiety who has called the band “your new musical obsession”. Comprised of Savannah and Brandon Hudson and drummer Brennan Benko, the trio was formerly part of The Heirs before forming Between Friends, deciding they wanted to have complete control over their new creation. They have created their own self-sustaining art collective and have released 2 previous singles- “i love you” and “better friends”. “Affection” is the third release from their playlist series ‘we just need some time together’. The series touches on the emotional wear and tear of a relationship and feeling simultaneously disappointed and satisfied in it.
