The Band Camino with Ethan Tasch

The Band Camino brought their Never Always Tour To Louisville on November 18th to what appeared to be a nearly sold out crowd of fans who filled the venue’s floor and balcony! The band released their latest album, Never Always, in July of this year and performed several tracks from the album this evening, including “Baggy Jeans”, “Infinity”, “Stupid Questions”, and “Karaoke”, along with older hits such as “Roses”, “1 Last Cigarette”, and “I Think I like You”. The stage production this evening was amazing, with the back of the stage filled with the band’s lighting rig that washed the stage in a myriad of colors, ranging from green to pink to yellow and the band themselves a bundle of fun, magnetic energy. These guys are clearly at home on stage, giving 110% to their fans. Although Jeffery Jordan (vocals/guitar/keys) chatted a bit with the crowd throughout the set, the band mostly focused on the music, with the fans singing their hearts out and dancing to a long to the band’s 25-song set list! About halfway through the set, the band all sat at the front of the stage, with the lights dimmed to cast them in a soft glow, to acoustically perform three songs- “Berenstein”, “Hates Me Yet (222)” (from the new album), and a great cover of Justin Beiber’s “Daisies”. It was a nice, more intimate moment during the set before the guys took it back up a notch! The band ended their set this evening with “What I Want”, complete with a confetti cannon that made for a really fun end to a really fun evening! After the final song ended, the four of them walked to the front of the stage, with their arms wrapped around each other, and took a bow. Having seen these guys several times live, they never disappoint! Indie folk artist Ethan Tasch opened this evening and got the crowd nice and warmed up!
